The "Variant Scout" - Design Your Own Mandalorian Helmet

Design Your Own Helmet:

For those who may not think they have the ability to tackle the full DIY helmet, or to paint the already primed black helmet, the "Design Your Own" option is the full-service option for you. 

Design your own "Variant Scout" with up to any three-color paint scheme. (This includes damage and solid colors. This price excludes complicated logos, and designs.)

The fully finished helmet can be painted however you would like. On purchasing, please color in the line drawing on this page or tell us what your dream helmet looks like.  You can select any color scheme of your choice including any specific damage.

The helmet includes these pre-installed features:

- Two (2) ear cap stalks. 
- One (1) visor bent to fit.
- Four (4) 3/8” machine screws and washers.
- Five (5) helmet pad squares.

Sizing:

The "Variant Scout" Mandalorian helmet fits most with an opening of 9 1/2” from front to back and 8” from side to side.

We prefer this measurement instead of circumference because most times, once you pass your head into the opening, the helmet will fit without a problem. 

Shipping time:

Each of our ready-to-wear helmets requires 6-8 weeks to complete prior to shipping.
