The Variant

The "Variant" is one of our most popular modern-era Mandalorian Helmets. It has a newer, sleeker look without being cluttered and looks great for cosplay, on display, or with a suit and tie. 

Two DIY options:

The DIY Kit and DIY Kit with Installed Visor come to you raw out of the mold. A moderate level of skill and experience may be needed to put it together. The complete DIY Kit requires the area of the eyes to be cut out. The included visor can be installed using the hardware that is provided. See how with our T-Visor Installation Tips.

The DIY Kit with Installed Visor already has the area of the visor removed and filed down smoothly. The T-Visor has been pre-installed. Final sanding, paint, and padding are still needed.

There is still plenty to DIY with either option. These may need to be sanded before painting. Padding is also included.

Two Ready-to-Wear options:

Primed Black - Ready to wear out of the box, this helmet comes pre-sanded, painted with a flat black primer, and has the visor and padding installed.  It is ready to accept a paint scheme of your choice or can be worn as-is.  

Design Your Own - You design it and we bring it to life.  This option is for those not wanting to tackle any portion of the DIY.  It is ready to be worn out of the box and is painted to your specifications including damage.  

HELMET INCLUDES:

- One (1) earcap and articulating antenna.
- One (1) visor bent to fit.
- Four (4) machine screws and washers.
- Five (5) helmet pad squares.

SIZING:

The "Renegade" Mandalorian helmet fits most with an opening of 11” from front to back and 9” from side to side.

We prefer this measurement instead of circumference because most times, once you pass your head into the opening, the helmet will fit without a problem.
